Bente Wolff
has
a PhD. in anthropology from the University of Copenhagen and is
currently employed as a curator in the National Museum of Denmark’s
Ethnographical Department. She has done fieldwork in Indonesia, Papua New
Guinea and the Solomon Islands, where she has worked with local forms
of material culture, consumption, modern cosmology and identity. Bente
has done fieldwork on Nias on several occasions.

Jesper Kurt-Nielsen
has a B.A. in history and art history from the University of
Copenhagen. He is a
research
associate
and
web-developer
in
the Danish National Museum, Ethnographical Department. He has been
employed in the Foreign Office as a consultant.
He has been a member of the Royal Danish Lifeguard and has been an officer
in the territorial Army. He has been photographing for the museum on Nias, funded by the Foreign Office/Danida. Jesper has
furthermore, been travelling over the years to many of the
department's research areas.

Prasuna Lynch
was
born in Wales
and
has a B.A. in Architectural Stained Glass from Swansea College of Art,
and a M.A. in Monumental Art from the Rijksakademie in Amsterdam. She
has travelled in the east, primarily in India, Nepal and Indonesia.
Prasuna has worked for the National Museum of Denmark’s Ethnographic
Dept. since 1998. |
